I am far from being religious but thank you Jesus for putting the end to the punishment.

Play actors implanting host eggs in the minds of those who lack reality or creativity.

Had a friend who started riding about seven or eight years ago and tried to base her biker life style on the series asumming that’s the norm for riding a Harley to be cool.

Clay the President had psychiatric problems. I don,t think Hustler would be to happy with the Sons making their own porn. Are they selling off the coke they were transporting as well and who is going to take over the gun running they did?

live2rideaglide, fuji & stsn are right on !!!!
I am SOOO glad this is over I can hardly stand it !!!!
Inspired too many “wannabes” that think they are bad-asses
when any one who would wear that crap is really a candy ass.

As far as the bikes go, a ride is a ride, is a ride,
until we see them go up on the action block
where somebody with more $$ than they know what to do with pays a million for one of these bikes.
Can’t wait for that article, LOL !!!!!!

I learned how to be a real biker from this TV show. It taught me how to dress, act, and how to customize my bike. I am thankful to the SAMCRO nation and to the producers of this wonderful TV series. I am especially thankful that the producers have seen fit to bring this sad excuse of entertainment to an end. My only regret is that the ending did not come sooner.

I can hardly wait for the next want to be biker series to air.

I never watched more than a few minutes here and there of this show as I found it boring. However it inspired many of the young coders I work with to put down their Macbook Airs, iPads, turn off their 27″ iMacs and get a bike and go out and ride. Each one of the young guys are now motorcycle enthusiasts for life. Not to mention they have stopped taking the piss out of me for “riding that uncomfortable bike” when I could use my air conditioned car. So maybe the show has some saving grace after all……..

Probably the finest and most important thing of film since Gone with The Wind in 1939. If he were alive today Clark Gable would have wanted to play the role of Jax (off.)

Should have crushed and burned it all given it was “SOA club property”. Now people will realize it was just a TV show.

It was at least entertaining and I didn’t have to sit through the Vampire Diaries or some Rachel Ray show my wife had on the Tivo.
I do find it entertaining to see just how much some of these guys were wrapped up in their characters when they were away from the set.
Maybe they’re just that good and it’s method acting…surely had me convinced that he was standing in line behind Sonny…

I’ll bet those boots smell real good!

I am all about buying merchandise that supports what you enjoy be it a TV show or a Motor Company. As for the show I got through the first year and that’s was it I’ll not a big fan of brutality as a way of life I see enough of that on the daily news.

As for getting people out on a bike as Stephen pointed out so do all the other bike build type of shows. I suspect Then Came Bronson moved a few people to buy a H-D and go riding across the US.

I was looking for genuine Chippewa’s earlier this month, like the black pair shown at auction – USA made, (identified by the sewn-in label) and some other attributes, a Goodyear leather welt, and Vibram bar cork sole and leather-lined vamp. All high-end stuff, but of course unavailable except through “certain outlets”, Justin Boot Co, replied and will send you to a page of 30 retailers. Go fish. The boots on amazon are E and EE widths. D-width is never sold.
What’s altered about the black boots at auction is the heel. Close inspection will reveal one of two things:
    1. The original 2″ logger heel has been swapped for an 1-1/4″ street-heel, in which case, the “striking point” of the boot sole will have been moved back. Wears weird.
    2. Or, the boots were handmade for this film series and wear as they should, but they don’t sell them to the people of the lower kingdom.
    3. Although this is exacly the design of boot that the “original” shown on amazon should look like. A 2″ heel was never right for a motorcycle, or walking, but an 1-1/4″ heel is. But they sell one. But we would buy them. Check the holes in the strap. 1901M48 (black) engineer boots have a hole in the middle of the arch like this one shown.
    http://www.amazon.com/Original-Chippewa-Collection-11-Engineer/dp/B00BP47EFO/ref=sr_1_cc_2?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1417726783&sr=1-2-catcorr&keywords=original+engineer+boot
The irony is, once again “they” hang the genuine U.S.A. Made article in front of our face, but it’s not available in the standard D width that most people wear in this country.
Most of the E and EE customers are Asian. That’s their standard size.
The black engineer boots the Chippewas makes for the USA have a black leather (or plastic) welt strip and are made in China.

Kirk Perry Order yourself a pair of Wesco’s Not cheap but they are the best boots I have ever bought.

Pretty extensive sizing for the Wesco 11″ engineer boot. The lug soles stopped me though. Mud tracker tread yeah?
