    DYNO SHEET IS POINTLESS WITH OUT A BEFORE RUN. Those numbers might be from the 551 cams that they forgot to mention, just sayin’

    exhaust systems for most riders are like a large trinket…….its like the black tips on reinhardts

    Not sure why all exhaust companies don’t provide dual O2 ports on their systems…a lot of Thunder-Max users out there!!!

    We greatly appreciate everyone’s feedback. To answer some of your questions the dyno pull was performed on our stock 2014 FLHX with no internal engine modifications. All we added was our air cleaner, RCX mufflers and the Power Max header. Also these headers are available upon request with dual O2 ports to equip both wide and narrow band sensors. Thanks again for everyone’s comments and support.

    I think we once again need to define what a true dual is. Once we had dual exhaust with a “cross-over” that would co-join the rear exhaust with the front. Then we had true duals which in fact had headers that did not join at all. Then Bub came out with a different version of the cross over. After that, it seems any bagger style exhaust with a pipe or muffler on each side is a “true” dual. Sup with that?

    I’m with Sam, I don’t consider this a “true dual” (and that’s a good thing, imo). Maybe this is quibbling over semantics, but Sam makes a legitimate point.

    I just installed a new set of the RC Power Max headers on my 2014 Limited 103. Seat of the pants review are they deliver as promised. I’ve notice a dramatic increase in torque all through the gears. Horse Power has increased greatly as well. I have a pull scheduled at the local HD dealership for mid week next to compare to a previous dyno pull on the previous set of RC True Duals… Which pulled 78 Max Horse Power and 92 Max Torque…. the base line on the stock 103 and factory exhaust was 68 max Horse Power and 84 Max Torque…

    I am very pleased with the increase in torque and horsepower…

    Well as stated previously I had a Dyno run conducted… RC’s claim of that increase are over inflated greatly… Although the Torque increased out of the hole on the bottom end the HP didn’t come close to the claim…
