Went to the show in Daytona. My observation: there were quite a few excellent paint jobs on not so good bikes and not so good paint jobs on excellent bikes. Go figure…
A paint job should also be considered in term of coherence with the build and its style.
Picture of gas tank is very nice.
King of Flames…..Best of Luck….
With the predicted numbers for the Sturgis Rally this year we should see a large number of entries that I for one, am looking forward to viewing.
We are very excited about the Sturgis edition of the Perewitz Custom Paint Show sponsored by PPG and Sata! Hope to see everyone there!
A good paint job doesn’t make a good bike but a bad paint job kills a good bike. Except for some period correct bikes, flames are for those without imagination. Also the easiest to do custom paint job. So less merit.
I bet Dave is a blast to hang with. I would love to observe and learn from his lens on judgement day.
