Wow, Cyril that is a great piece of Nostalgia to display. I am very depressed and always extremely upset to comprehend the amount of Deaths that occur whenever People are on a Vacation for great Memories. I will concede the fact that these Deaths would occur as natural causes in a Town or City that has a Population of (people @ Sturgis ?) in the course of (days of statistics based ?) and would that number be similar. Thanks for the History, Cyril. You are a Fantastic source of information.

    Your pulled over….

Your a prick to the officer…

    Officer observes ( interprets ) something illegal ( substance/paraphernalia )

Officer transports you to the station

Officer then document all personal effects before putting you in the holding area.
Including money on you. That if your a traveler on vacation
You will have larger amounts than you would normally have .

    Wallah… Cash Seized.

If proven your not in the wrong
    You get your money back.
But not right away..depends on the circumstances.

Interesting! Those items that are reflective of the police presence are either down or not increased in proportion to the increase in attendance. The items assignable to the attendees (accidents, injuries, and fatalities) are up significanlty.

Was enforcement more lax this year or does it come down to the fact that there is only so much the cops can do. And don’t get me wrong I’m not blaming the cops for anything here and I’m not advocating for increased enforcement either, but it looks like the cops backed off a bit or were not prepared for the larger turnout.

If anything, situations like Waco, TX brought more police focus but presumably not looking to escalate things out of proportion nor out of control like Waco. I can also see where bad elements knew the place would be a zoo with large police presence so they needn’t play in that sand box, this year.
