    This kind of thing doesn’t get a second look in that country. In China you see a family of five going down the road on a scooter like that with dad being the heavy weight at about 95 pounds.

    Heavy Metal is right, go to China and you see 4 people on a scoot riding the wrong direction on a busy street, while Mom holds her newborn. It was an eye opener to say the least.

    With all of that going on and he still has on a helmet. That must be one strict helmet law in Hanoi.
