Will Ryman’s Bounty Paper Towels Tribute To Iconic Easy Rider Motorcycle

MotorcycleWillRymanShame of me for never having published some work of Will Ryman, one of my favorite artists that I discovered while in New York City through his public sculpture installations usually incorporating plaster, paper, tubing, stainless steel, paper, copper and brass.

The sculpture you see here is built out of Bounty paper towels (about 20 rolls), reinforced with resin and glue and is a faithful reproduction of the Easy Rider bike down to some very intricate details. It was unveiled and is on display at the Shelburne Hotel bar.

I recommend you visit Will Ryman website and at least look at his Cadillac sculpture.
