Looks very nice.
I’m not usually a fan of Ness stuff, but that’s pretty damn nice looking.
I guess there’s all sorts of taste.
A little too V-Star-ish for me, but more choices is always good.
Country of manufacture not listed or advertised on the Ness website. I usually take that be mean made in China, and a ridiculous mark-up graciously passed along to the consumer. Assuming that is the case(and I don’t now because Ness won’t advertise where its made) I figure it costs about $100 each to make these things in China. American consumer pays probably 600% markup in that case.
the whole 10 Gauge line is top notch !!!
You can outfits an H-D from stem to stern & it would look good !!!
Not much Ness is made in USA anymore. shame too. They used to be the best parts. Won’t spend a dollar with them anymore.
I grew up with and always loved Ness influence here in Northern Ca. Arlen’s kids are running more of the show now and things have changed … as they should … whether I like it or not.
……………… Domino Dave…………………
p.s. does anyone remember running Gary Bang aftermarket parts??
Yes domino, I remember Gary Bang parts well. He used the bar and shield logo back when the moco didn’t sue people over silly crap.
I used to work next door to Gary Bang’s shop back when he had his aftermarket business. He has a lot of cool bicycles and motorcycles.
So many know-it-all posts criticizing Ness accessories, and why? If their stuff didn’t sell, they wouldn’t make it. Just like any small business, and yes, they are still a small business, run by Cory and a very small staff, they react to sales and the market in general. If stuff is successful, they make more of it. If something doesn’t sell, they discontinue it… just like anybody else. And as far as where it’s made, less and less of Harley’s are built with American parts. Heck all small companies just want their products to be the best quality and made at the best price. What if that primary cover would have to be twice the price if it was made here. Would it sell? Geez, just let small businesses do what they do.
favors Baker Bully cover (USA), about same price but not as functional, still nice lookin’
