Love the way the Triumph frames were two halves, so you can just bolt on your hardtail and be on your way, and swap it back if you need to. Got a project just like this on the go myself right now.
I think Indian could learn a think or two by looking at that roller. The key to a good looking bike is a good looking frame to start with as a base.
