S&S Cycle Adds To Massive Flat Track Contingency Program

American Flat Track, the American’s original extreme sport, has never been so popular with spectators. The 2017 racing season was pretty amazing with the renewed rivalry between Harley-Davidson and Indian Motorcycle and the financial and technical support of teams by major brands like S&S Cycle whose high performance exhaust were often seen on the podium last year.

The 18-race calendar for the 2018 season has been announced and the racing year is shaping up to be an epic year with a highly competitive field and the largest contingency program in the history of the sport. This season S&S Cycle expands its efforts to include Kawasaki and Harley powered twins as well as privateer Indian racers (excludes the Indian Motorcycles Wrecking Crew).

Payouts down to 10th place with over $70,000 up for grab and another $5000 for a championship. For the first time, S&S Cycle is also offering a custom exhaust build and dyno tuning session at no additional cost in their Wisconsin facility (by appointment only). All S&S systems are lightweight stainless and all are designed to meet the 105dB sound limit. For more information, check out S&S Cycle Flat Track

As predicted earlier, the competition is good for all. If the economy is strong watch sales go through the roof. A low budget privateer series is coming and that will be the fuel to start the final fire needed to make this a motorcycle inferno! I can’t wait!
