Los Angeles Calendar Bike Show Is In 10 Weeks

As you can see show producer and photographer Jim Gianatsis is working hard at preparing the 16th edition of the LA Calendar Show weekend of July 15/16. The event is held in a beautiful location at the Queen Mary Event Park in Long Beach/Los Angeles, CA. For having participated to it (it was a 5800 miles trailing round trip for me coming from south Florida!), I can tell you that it’s a full weekend of excitement at one of America’s premier custom, cruiser & performance street bike show. A lot of builders (Mitchell, Rooke, Sands, Pontarelli, Kimura, etc) will be there with their latest sleds. Activities include an S&S Cycle World Championship Horsepower Dyno Shoot Out, bike builder seminars, a Performance Machine Calendar Bike Building Championship with a bulging purse of $70,000 in cash and awards. As a bonus, entertainment is provided by beautiful girl bands with the naughty schoolgirl AC/DC tribute band Whole Lotta Rosies, the sexy Purrfect Angelz and many others. The weekend is hosted by Playboy Playmate Tamara Witmer and Miss Texas Rockin’ Robin Cunningham, and many other Fast Dates Calendar Kittens. Last minute exhibitors can register online. Public wishing additional details about the show schedule and parking information should visit Jim Gianatsis FastDates.Website.

I have wanted to attend the show for the last couple years and have not been able to make it yet. I would also be trailering from Florida. Would you say it was worth the trip for some west coast exposure?

    Thanks,

    Jeremy

    Jeremy.

As a matter of fact, the road to the west coast looked less long than what I imagined (especially if you consider your trip some kind of vacation). The road is gorgeous from Houston to Los Angeles. In Florida, you miss seeing mountains, right? The show is great, high end, and if Jim Gianatsis likes your bike, he will shoot it fot his LA calendar. The best is to stay at the Queens Mary overlooking (almost) the show. Good luck.
