Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: BTYH) announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire the assets of Independent Gas Tank Co. of Gilbert, AZ. Kyle Krejci, the former owner of Independent Gas Tank, will accept the position of General Manager of the newly acquired tank company as well as General Manager of Gambler Motorcycle and Sprint Car operations. All operations will be based in Gallatin, TN.
