Yesterday, Mike just finished his new bike built for Michael Lichter’s "One World Choppers Exhibit" in Sturgis. This exhibition celebrates all custom builders born outside the US, living or not here, but whose contribution to the custom world need to be acknowledged. I was also invited to build a bike, but cannot make it to South Dakota this year. So, as I am typing, Mike Tomas from Kiwi Indian is on his way to Sturgis with his new custom called "Arrow Space". But before he left, Mike was gracious enough to send me in exclusivity a couple of shots of his new bike. Of course, Mike built something nostalgic and period correct except the updated rear brakes. Mike Tomas did pretty much everything in house, (engine, frame, forks, tank, controls, steering dampener, etc) and the only parts he bought were the wheels and brakes with Chica kindly donating one of his rear fenders to the project.
