It gains holding power while retaining a light clutch effort appreciated by everybody, especially those doing bumper to bumper, stop/go riding through traffic. The secret, or part of it, is 20 single sided friction plates of 7” diameter, 3 spring loads options and a 66-tooth configuration, a 1-piece basket design. this clutch has been a godsend for us at A 1 cycles..any motor package we do that puts out over 120 ft. lbs. of tourqe gets all baker components. they are built to take the abuse my customers dish out. and they are american made, cant get a better combination than that..thanks bert.

Yeah, that is kind of an unfortunate acronym. Not so sure I’d stick with that one.
