About 6,000 attendees from five continents were present at the Saturday, May 3rd event, admiring close to 300 of some of the world’s rarest motorcycles. During the event, Ian Barry of Falcon Motorcycles won the Best Custom Motorcycle Award for his bike the “Bullet Falcon”, built for actor Jason Lee. Ian Barry builds one-of-a-kind, custom motorcycles that start out as the raw derelict frames and engines of vintage British Iron from the 50’s or 60’s. Every bike is built from the ground up and designed down to the last nut, bolt and bearing over an 800+ hour-long fabrication process. Engines are reconditioned, re-machined and every replaceable part is refitted with a new one, in order to ensure reliability in an engine with engineering that can date back more than 50 years. The “Bullet Falcon” started as a reclaimed unfinished engine and frame of a 1950 Triumph Thunderbird, and Ian spent about 1000 hours building the bike as a rideable piece of art. As you can see the bike is now looking like the prototype of a beautiful 1920 boardtracker . Falcon Motorcycles.

I was at the Legend event and that bike has so many detailed handmade pieces that disappear into it, but are individual sculptures. When one motorcycle stands out among so many incredible bikes, then you know it’s something special.
Bitchin
Too Cool to believe……..!!!

Awesome bike. I saw the details. extremely cool.
It’s called creative restoration. The new trend…Reserved to clients with a lot of green.
Gorgeous Sunday ride. Old, black and running. Nothing better.
All handmade parts and pieces are so unique, blend so well into that stock frame.. rare to find an artist who can create a trend! deserved to win
Incredible bike, a rare builder who can create a custom work of art that pays homage to the vintage but lives in a world of it’s own.. trends are boring, they are just copycat – this is taking the old and making it new
smoooth! peace
About time something new came about. Nice work
Best motorcycle show in America bar none!! Raises the bar way above the heads of current promoters
SOME OF THE BEST CUSTOMS I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG WHILE. THAT BULLET IS ON ANOTHER LEVEL, INSPIRES THE HELL OUT OF ME.
THAT IS A VERY NICE MACHINE, AND I TOO LOVE TO SHOUT AT THE COMPOOTER.
Very clean, very nice! It’s good to see a fine machine getting some attention.
Amazing!!!
