Blow-Out Sale of Big Dog Motorcycles Obsolete Parts

Big Dog Motorcycles, the leader in mass produced custom motorcycles turns excess & obsolete parts inventory into productive capital. To help move obsolete or excess parts that can no longer be used on the company’s motorcycles, Big Dog Motorcycles has recently contracted with Liquid Asset Partners of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Beginning Friday June 27th at 9:00 AM, Liquid Asset Partners will conduct an onsite weekend sale at 1132 S. Sante Fe Street, Wichita, KS 67211. Big Dog’s excess parts are treasures to custom builders and backyard mechanics, as well as to secondary market distributors. If everything is not sold to the public sale during that weekend, the sale will continue through Liquid Assets website until everything is gone. The beginning of the end for the Big Dog? I hope not!

RUTT-ROW Here we go again! Seems like this is the same path the “Other Guys” strolled down just before they went belly up. Same auction company as well! Do I see a pattern here? Was moving Nick Messer down the road step one of Sheldons plan to bail out of Big Dog? I agree with Rodent – I hope not!

No way in hell would Sheldon let this company go under. He was being a complete fool by canning Nick and now he is regretting his decision there. He has more money than God and will definitely stick through the hard times in the industry. He is simply selling off the old PARTS inventory, no bikes like the “other guys”did.

Why would anyone buy the stuff even BigDog can’t sell?

Its not what they cant sell that matters. Most larger companies buy/build excess inventory to just to make sure they are well stocked. Big deal, they have some left over parts. I highly doubt its in the multi millions and for such a company this is most likely been paid for already and just cash sitting around.

This is a great opportunity for someone. They can buy these parts and start the first Big Dog Clone company! Maybe call it IronDog or Thunder Barker…

I’m still waiting for GM to offer their old inventory at lower pricing…

I could use a windshield frame for my McLaughlin-Buick.

LOL Fausto, dont let that get out there too much. Next thing you know some loaded high end executive will think he should buy all of Big Dogs old parts and start up a company just to be followed by closed doors a year later and a lot of pissed off people.

IronDog? good lord I hope not ever.
