Café Racer Magazine Launches Custom Motorcycle Corral Shows

In conjunction with Advanstar, the first ever café racer custom motorcycle corral will be on display at three upcoming Cycle World International motorcycle Shows sponsored by Toyota. Café Racer magazine, the home of high-performance, naked bikes, is inviting readers and high-performance motorcycle enthusiasts to wheel out their wares with the first judged event taking place January 16 through 18 at the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show held at New York’s Jacob K. Custom café builders are encouraged to polish off their best creations and join Café Racer at the IMS Cleveland event on January 30- February 1 at the I-X Center while the season wraps up in Chicago at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, February 6 through 8.
The show is open to vintage machines as well as contemporary motorcycles built in the ton-up tradition. Winners of each event will be featured in Café Racer magazine who will also be on hand with a historical display about the ton-up era, clips from the upcoming Speed TV series “Café Society” and a displays about motorcycling’s rich, performance heritage provided by Ace Café, London and England’s Brent Museum.

Keep watching the Café Racer Magazine for details and sneak peeks at what entrants will be up against when the polished alloy and chrome hits the streets. Want to enter? Just shoot some clear, clean photos of your two-wheeled wonder and ship ‘em off with a few details about your machine via e-mail to bikeshows@caferacermag.com.  Selected show contestants will be contacted by e-mail or phone Mike Seate @ (412) 559-9642 for more details.
