Bikers Life International Bike Show Winners

bestinshowThis year the International Bike Show of Bikers Life (an Italian magazine), in partnership with the American Rat’s Hole, had record participation for the 15th Padua Bike Expo (North Italy). The contestants arrived from all over Europe: Finland, Germany, Austria, Spain, The Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia, France, Belgium and from every corner of Italy,

There were 12 categories representing all genres of preparations and engines, from S&S X-Wedge to Ducati motors. The organizers, Micke Persello and Carla Battigelli, invited a jury made up of the most authoritative Italian and foreign press to evaluate this myriad of bikes. Each publication sent their most expert collaborator on the subject. Here I feature the 3 Best Of Show. These 3 bikes and their builders will be flown to Daytona where they will compete in the Rat’s Hole Show during Bike Week. 1- Best Of Show (white bike) La Fenice of Custombike, Italy, on a Sportster base. 2- Dreamachine (red bike) Slovenia. 3-The “Cruell” by VAV Tuning (silver & black bike) Czechoslovakia built on a Buell base.

some typos: Padova, not Padua and Slovenia not Slovania 😉

    Stefy.

Padova & Padua are both correct (Padua in English). Slovenia (you are correct). But in French (where I was born) it’s Slovania. And I could go on, like one of my preferred cities in Italy, Florence also called Firenze (same).

Padua (Italian: Padova IPA: [‘padova], Latin: Patavium, Venetian: Padoa) is a city in the Veneto, northern Italy. It is the capital of the province of Padua and the economic and communications hub of the area.
