New Wave Of Layoffs At Big Dog Motorcycles

bigdogToday Wednesday July 2nd, Big Dog Motorcycles laid off over 20 employees. The company is blaming the economy, practically the shrinking of consumer discretionary spending and the lack of retail financing available. Laid-off workers received a severance package. Big Dog Motorcycles, like many other manufacturers, is focusing its efforts to exporting to Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia.  Last September Big Dog already laid-off 49 employees. Sheldon and his 5 pack will need to be careful or they will be on the floor trying to build bikes.

    Nicker is right.

    “Change” is here

Stock up your ammo while u can.

Keep in mind that the quality and reliability is a contributor just like the economy. During the peak employment was 360 and is down to just a skeleton crew.

  5. 5 Grayhawk Jul 3rd, 2009 at 8:11 am

Let’s see here, 10% unemployed but 80% plus still employed, dollar is shrinking in value so your money and buying power will be worth even less in the future, Fuel costs are up warranted or not and probably will not go lower than first of the year lows, better chance of it increasing in cost then reversing overtime. Fed maybe including US motorcycle buyers in the $2500 or $4500 kick back?

Retailers, OEM’s and Custom Builders all offering friendlier deals then in long years past and even building lower end bikes to get people into a ride. Yes money is tighter but local banks, credit units and even some of the normal financial lending giants are still lending a bit when solid. Investing in stocks is a bit more scaring with the ups and downs maybe invest in yourself and save a bit in cost to get around at the same time.

Newbees, empty nesters, those that have been wanting to get back on a ride. The glass may be half full in more cases then one thinks from the perspective that you might could get into a bike cheaper now then in quite a few years, interest rates are down, money you would save on difference in the bike at 40 plus mpg and your clunker or even the above average cage may help with the note more then you think.

That is discretion worth thinking about, would help support the industry, keep some of your local business’s around to help you keep them running and stimulate you and your area economies. Sorta like self help with a smile on your face.

Never hurts to bring our US export numbers up to help the inbalance of trade if your a builder either as stated above.

I am not a salesman nor in anyones pocket, just throwing out some food for thought.

Will be smiling when I get out of this heat, just about ready to start packing for Sturgis should be cooler for sure, keep them in the wind, get in the wind. Only time bikers lay down is to sleep or well you know, different kind of fun.

Hmm! What would the Breakdown be, If Obama would have given every Tax payer $$$$ instead of BLOWING the Trillions and Trillions on the worthless Corporations that our Leader Donated ? I know that would have Stimulated Me, for sure.

Thank each of you who voted for CHANGE ……. Change has arrived and its face isn’t nearly as pleasing as might have been portrayed by the Obama Campaign now is it? Actually the face I see is the face of Socialism with strong traits of Marxism …. and that face is horrifying.

I agree with Nicker ….. “Cap and Tax” will likely kill most of us remaining in business off. If the “Cap and Tax” doesn’t do the trick we always have the Obama Socialized Medicine Program not far behind which will surely finish the job.

    Welcome to the Obama Nation.

cade, I hate to admit it, but stocking up on ammo seems like a reasonable thing to do right now.

I think the rat shop has the right idea, check out thier motrcycle with a gatling gun installed.

Maybe thats the right bike for tommoros world.

Those that look at things as being Half Empty will always see the worst and never see the good in any thing. I told you guys here on this website several months ago that things were starting to come back. I also said you should look at buying Ford stock as a great opportunity. At that time Ford stock was 1 dollar and 20 cents per share. You same brain surgeon’s Laughted and said I was an idiot. Well I bought that stock and have turned that dollar twenty into six dollars. I don’t ever look at the glass as half empty that is for cry babies and losers. The real winners will alway’s be able to see the opportunity in good times or bad. There are still many opportunities out there but I will not waste my time sharing them with the Idiots that know everything already. Ten years from now I will be lounging on my beach laughing about those that are still on this site whining about life being to tough. Look for the good and you will find it. Look for the bad and that is what you will find. Simple but true. And remember if you take advise from those doing better than you, they can help you do better but the opposite is also true listen to the idiots and they will pull you down. Why because nobody whats to be the only loser. Its never too late to be a winner but the longer you wait to start the harder it will be to reach the stars. Good Luck

Way to go Sheldon, even your millions can’t undo all of the piss poor decisions that you and your team of useless managersn have made contrary to recommendations of members of the test center and your career employees.
The Pitbull Can go ionto a wobble and crash at high speeds (2 people crashed with injuries at 98 mph and one crashed at 65 mph when he hit a bump.
All bikes involved were dismantled ( I personally tore down two of them). The talk was to offer the Pitbull as a kit so they wouldn’t be responsible for instabilities (they could blame them on the builder) John Brock’s idea.
In testing, the X-wedge failed due to cam belt issues twice in less than 500 miles.
The coil cover temps were measured on the X-Wedge and exceeded 350 degrees F.
I hope you choke on warranty claims Sheldon!
Oh yeah, to date, over 88,000 waranty claims on 25,000 motorcycles1

  14. 14 Jeff Nicklus Jul 6th, 2009 at 5:27 pm

Where do you get your figures of warranty claims vs bikes built? I am not disputing your numbers or your claims, I am just interested in where you might aquire such info.

You must be a ticked off former Big Dog employee.

    Times are tough!

Our dealership has dealt with most V-twin manufacturers.

Big Dog has been the most professional and customer concerned manufacturer we have dealt
    with so far.

Sorry to hear dirt on Big Dog!

May the days ahead get better and work pick up for us all~

  17. 17 Blue Sky Rider Jul 6th, 2009 at 5:41 pm

I fought like hell for our country!
I love my flag but I’m scared for my country!

  18. 18 Peter Jemming Jul 6th, 2009 at 6:07 pm

Some of you should be careful about the comments they post,, employees or not of the corporations mentioned. By law you are liable if you write on purpose false information with for objective to damage a company or person name. Freedom of expression has its rules and limits. I just read this blog terms of service where I found confirmation that all people commenting here are the only ones liable and can have their ISP’s turn over in case of legal action by a party suffering damage because of false allegations. Just wanted everybody to know. You are never anonymous when you are online. As a matter of fact I never believe any allegations of a disgruntled employee (if it’s the case above), until he can prove his facts.

  19. 19 slobber Jul 6th, 2009 at 6:08 pm

Disgruntled former employees, fired for spending 76% of their work day surfing internet porn, are rarely sources of valuable information, bikerspaceman. I’m pretty sure that everyone here is smart enough to know that.

  20. 20 Jeff Nicklus Jul 7th, 2009 at 9:59 am

If you will notice “bikerspaceman” failed to respond as to where he acquired his information as I requested therefore I can only assume the info is nothing more than babble.

I have been in this industry much longer than most and I therefore have no reservations in saying that as long as I have been in the industry I have never known Big Dog to shirk on their warranty responsibilities … ever. With that said I simply must ask this question: What more can you expect from any company? Hey as the old saying goes: If it is mechanical, electrical or has tits sooner or later it will let you down.

Big Dog is and has always been a competitor of mine and I wouldn’t have it any other way, however, right is right and competitor or not this is a bogus rap they are receiving herein. Times are tough all over and if Big Dog or any other company needs to reduce their work force for the greater good of the company, as distasteful as it may be, so be it.

OK, that is enough of my soap box time!

    Over & Out,

PS: You guys at Big Dog don’t get all misty eyed now …. I will still kick you ass anytime I can …as it should be! Later!

ProMoto must be one of the laid off at Big Dog. You are crazy. What Obama has to do with the current economic situation??? You bark at the wrong tree. Look in the direction of Bush/Chesney the destructors, here and abroad.. Only the incompetent spends his time blaming others.

  23. 23 Sharpo Jul 7th, 2009 at 12:28 pm

Wow, what a mouthful. I recall that day at the race track myself. I was there. If you remember, there was another gentleman running down that track on the same bike and had no problems whatsoever. I beleive it was rider error that sent the rider down that day. The info that you are stating is unfounded and false. Please do your homework before you make a fool of yourself. Some of us here still have respect for you and what you did for Big Dog. I hope you can move on some day.

    Good Luck

Peter Jemming is right in his comment. However, as usually, there are 3 sides to a story, the side of the guy who posted it, the side of the person/company incriminated and the real truth (which is usually in between).
I believe that there is some truth to what Bikerspaceman is saying as well as a bunch of BS to make Big Dog looks bad. And I believe Sharpo also have a point.
With that many people getting fired, laid off or companies closing down because of bad executive decisions or the economy, it’s normal that people get upset. I’ve been there.
Getting in trouble with the law because you express your anger on a blog shouldn’t be acceptable. There were plenty of comments that have been made about companies on this blog, some good and true, some bad and false.

Everybody needs to calm down, and let everybody express themsleves, no matter if it’s 100% true or 100% false. I don’t think BD would want to go after anybody just for commenting on their situaion.

We can just hope the remaining employees will keep their jobs and we are not going to loose another big player in our industry

BREAKING NEWS… in case you haven’t heard, MILWAUKEE IRON is also out… they are selling their assets from building to bikes, from t-shirt to machines at an auction on 08/27

    Hi Mike,
Nope. I’m still working my butt of as my friends and colleagues are losing everything around them.

I like your comment, “Only the incompetent spends his time blaming others.” Take a good look at your Democratic party, and… oh… never mind, you guys are never wrong.

Like you said, it is always someone else’s fault.

Too bad about Milwaukee Iron. Good guys there.

I believe we should take a page out of the Honduran Play Book …… the next time Osama Obama & Company go out of the US on the next “Kiss the Worlds Ass Tour” we should refuse to allow them entry back into the US. They are so concerned with kissing the rest of the world’s ass so let’s see how much the rest of the world would like to have them a permanent house guests!

Funny how some of you always bash Obama, because if it had gone the other way we would of had Sarah Palin. It may have been better but for the fact that she can’t even finish her job as Governor for the great state of Alaska. Of course if she had walked out of the Vice President job you would all be saying she was bullied by those big bad Democrats. Get off the political bashing already. We have who we have as president because the majority wanted him. For better or worst we are where we are. Lets be American first and political second if we all back our president we will come through these tough times faster than if we sit around and whine about little petty things. Obama will never be able to do every thing perfect but neither could any one else. It does suck that there is so many businesses going under but did any of us really think that the growth would go on for ever? Those that can hang on will be better off in the long run because of these tough times. Those that can’t make it will have learned a very valuable lesson. Those that sit around and blame every one else for there failure will be doomed to fail again and again. I for one beleive we have seen the worst already. And I hope that all those that are still in business can hold on long enough for the profits to come back to there companies. That being said I will not sit here and bash my President or this country for it is the best country in the world and I think our President Mr.Obama is doing his best to stop things from getting worst. And remember if you are not Democrat and you don’t like how things are being done you can call your republican Senators and Congressmen and ask them to help our president do better. If you just sit around and whine about and bash our president but do nothing to better the situation than you are not a part of the cure but simply another part of the problem. The current situation may not be what we all want but I don’t beleive Mr. Obama is intentionally trying to hurt any of us. In fact I beleive just the opposite is true he is doing what he believes will help. The glass is half full.

  28. 28 nicker Jul 7th, 2009 at 11:29 pm

    Here we go indeed Jeff….

A quick read tells me Just-my…….. is a typical (under 30) youngster.
(or someone living in an alternative reality)

“… Lets be American first and political second…”

Let me explain something very simple to you, Just-my-opinion.
Being an American, by it’s very definition, requires being “political.”
    (read the Federalist Papers)

“…I think our President Mr.Obama is doing his best to stop things from getting worst…”

Well, just off the top, lets look at one of Obama’s “doings”……….

    The UAW bail out:
    – Between 2000 and 2008 the UAW gave the DNC almost $24 million
    – UAW got 55% of Chrysler
    – Chrysler’s secured (priority) creditors (like my retirement plan) were left with $0.29 per
(-BTW- secured creditor rights are [were?] the foundation of our capital markets)
    – Some creditors challenged Obama’s violation of bankruptcy laws. But case was dismissed.
    – UAW gets $0.60- $0.70 per their GM benefits Dollar
    – GM bond holders get $0.15 per investment Dollar

    UAW concessions:
    – no more overtime before 40 hours
    – limited to 6 unexcused absences before termination
    – ahhh….? …..that’s about it.

    Oh ya, did i mention…..
GM & Chrysler are now being run by Obama’s “31 year old student” (who’s not yet graduated from law school). Hell of an Auto Company Exec…….

So much for the rule of law.
    Obama rewards his supporters.
(like ACORN who got how many Billions (4?)……. for “getting voters” for Obama’s narrow victory.

Dude if this is “…doing his best…” God help us when he really screws up….. 🙁
You don’t even want me to go into:
    – Cap & Trade.
    – Socialized Medicine
    – Black Panther voter intimidation charges dropped
    – National Security custs
    – Sotomayor nomination
    – Foreing policy
    – Water boarding document stonewalling
    – TARP results

    So what, you say….????
Well, from one perspective Obama is on an all out assault on the “Goose That Laid the Golden Eggs” (Free market Capitalism).

So far i don’t see any evidence for another (perspective)…….????

    Well said nicker, well said.

It is all so true, and so truly ridiculous.

  31. 31 just my opinion Jul 8th, 2009 at 12:01 pm

    Nicker and Jeff
Typical of Obama haters. You said nothing of your choice

Sarah ” I am running from my job” Palin

If you had your way we would be led by John McCain and a woman that thinks walking out on your dudies as Governor is the best way to lead and she thinks Alaska should be allowed to be a seperate country. Maybe it should be and maybe our next vice president and president could give Texas the same and then how about California it could be next. And lets not forget that during the election it was your man John Mc Cain that said Obama needs to come to DC and help save this country.
“We need to put together a bail out plan and do it NOW our country is at stake.”

go back and watch the tapes it was John Mc Cain the republicans that then sat there like a bump on a log and said nothing during the discussions for the bail outs. Not one comment or question while Obama was involved and asking question. Is that really the kind of leader we needed? And lets not forget it was Mc Cain that only two weeks before that bailout was needed said on national TV
“The fundimentals of our economy are strong”
Mc Cain said that several times but then later said what he really meant was the people are strong. That was BULLSHIT and the world knows it. The rebublicans only stopped wanting the bailouts after there pork was cut out and now they what to say it was all the democrats that did this. And how easy you Obama haters forget all the scandles your Republicans are involved in. As for Chrysler. The auto unions ran that company in the ground. Did you ever think maybe the reason the union got the lion’s share is that economy experts Republican and Democrat advised that Obama should do so? Don’t even try to say that some of those advisers are not Republican not to mention all the Republicans that voted with Obama on all these issues. Maybe their thinking is that by making the union part owner they [The union and its workers] will have there pentions at stake and that should force the unions and there workers into doing what is best for Chrysler along with what the unions think is best for them and there employee’s. Not to mention the fact that recieving 55 % of a failed company is at best a gamble not a bonus. One more thing I said I believe our President is doing His best. Not THE BEST big differance. But you Obama haters read things the way you want anyway. You always bash our President but what are you doing to help the current situation? What have you done to help this economy? Let me give you a clue bashing our President and bad mouthing the economy is not helping. If you guys are as smart as you claim, you would know that the president makes these choices only after being advised by many people that are some of the smartest minds in our country. Again they are both Republican and Democrat. Do some good with those brains of yours stop whining about how bad things are, Stop listening to Rush Limbaugh and start helping to make things better. You have all the answers. Talk is cheap lets see some action. Nicker I am truely sorry to hear that you have taken a hit to your retirement plan but someone as smart as you should have seen that coming. After all it is Chrysler and this is not the first time they have needed bailed out. You guys can bash me and my comments all you want. I don’t care in fact I find it quite entertaining at times. But if you are going to bash our President and the job he is doing than you should at least be willing to help set things right. And if not your just flopping your jaws. Have a nice day.

  32. 32 Genesis Jul 8th, 2009 at 1:18 pm

I support 100% “In My Opinion” and President Barack Obama. Americans political opnion is in vast majority in the Center, not left or right. Democrats & Republicans are as much capitalists. Obama is governing in the Center. Exactly what our country needs to be saved from the disastrous Bush years. Bush, the dumbest ever US President. Obama, the most intelligent. Period.

  33. 33 road12 Jul 8th, 2009 at 4:07 pm

How do you guy go from commenting on Big Dog Layoffs to a political argument about Obama?
    That’s amazing.

  34. 34 nicker Jul 8th, 2009 at 10:46 pm

First of all, you need to understand the difference between “contempt” and “hate.”
    Words mean something.
Hate is a visceral response, by some one, to something they don’t like, and typically don’t understand.

Now, if you mean by “…Typical of Obama haters…” because we think committing $11 Trillion in a Phase-1 recovery plan that isn’t working, then planning to spend even more on Phase-2….. Well, in this case we’re talking Contempt……

Contempt, because we can see it’s not working.
Moreover we know history. And it tells us that hyperinflation has to follow, which will require ya to carry your money in a wheelbarrow, not a wallet.

The bigger question here is why do you call utter contempt for anyone who would propose such a crazy Recovery Strategy “hate”….. ???

Speaking of Hate, exactly what is it that you have against Sahara Palan….???
In case you haven’t noticed, she and McCain didn’t get elected.
    Or did i miss something……???

“….You always bash our President but what are you doing to help the current situation? What have you done to help this economy? …”

For starters i haven’t changed my lifestyle a bit. I continue to buy what i want, drive as much as i want, and use as much electricity as i want. To that extent “we are NOT all in this together.”
    What about you?

“…as smart as you should have seen that coming…”

Well, just like UAW employees, my retirement annuity is managed as a huge fund, over which none of us have any control.

Having said that, i went into cash just before the Indonesian market took a dive (about 1997-1998…???).
Problem now is where to put it. I’m think-en Ammunition and Weaponry.
Haven’t ya heard? The Obama administration now considers us VFW types a “domestic terrorists threat”….. 🙂
Given some of Obama’s associations, that’s a real hoot.

“…. You have all the answers. Talk is cheap lets see some action…”

    Son, your seeing the “action.”
It’s right here and it ain’t talk it’s fact.
The kind-a facts ya pick up with age.
i’ve probably registered more voters than you know.

“… But if you are going to bash our President and the job he is doing than you should at least be willing to help set things right. And if not your just flopping your jaws….”

Dude, you need to doing more reading and listening.
But, whatever ya do, don’t piss on my boots and then try telling me it’s raining.

(jeff, i think that covers it)

  35. 35 Jeff Nicklus Jul 9th, 2009 at 9:35 am

    Over & Out,

  36. 36 just my opinion Jul 9th, 2009 at 1:18 pm

One last comment then i will be done with you two. First of all I don’t care about Palin or McCain the point I was trying to make is simple. If McCain had been our president and “he was the other choice in case you are so old you have forgotten” then we would be stuck with McCain and Palin. Fact ;she has walked out of her job as governor Thank God we are not stuck with her for she may have bailed on the vice pres job as well. As for McCain i noticed you had no comment about his lack of leadership at that meeting I mentioned. But that is typical of your one sided ramblings. Please go and buy all the guns and ammo you can afford it will help save jobs that are needed. But don’t come back here whining about how the sky never fell. Two years from now when things are rosy again and your stuck with tons of ammo and gun that are losing value you will no doubt still be saying that Obama is screwing things up. It will surely be Obama’s fault that you got stuck with a basement full of guns and ammo. Maybe you will be able to sell jeff a few of those unneeded guns. Just in case you missed it today on the news they said home sales are up by as much as 70% from the same month last year in SOME areas mainly cities like Denver , LA and others but this is a good sign not a sign of things getting worst. I have said it before and will say it again things are starting to turn around. If things are not working then explain the huge increase in home sales, explain how it is that a home in Denver that sold for 80,000 last year is now selling for 140,000 explain the stocks that are increasing. Your comments have almost always been negative as have Jeffs comments but as an Americans you can believe anything you want. By the way if your boots are getting wet it is not me pissing on them. It would be raining have enough common sense to get in doors. Just because the motorcycle business has not seen increase yet does not mean that better times are never going to come back. Motorcycles are a luxury item and I am sure they will see the increases as well as every other item soon. I know a few motorcycle shop owners that tell me they have had record years mostly due to people fixing up what they already own. It is true that a lot of bike shops selling new bikes have been forced to close and that most bike manufactures are not seeing huge profits if any at all right now, but in the near future those that can survive will see the profits return. Here is one other fact for you to think about RV manufactures have closed a record rates by most estimates 75-80% have gone out of business. But in the last 6 months those still in business are reporting big increases in sales. I know these are facts because I have family in the RV manufacturing business. And Nicker one last thing. You don’t pick up fact simply by getting older if you learn from your mistakes you should gain wisdom but that it differant than fact. You being one that likes to play on words should have known the difference. The world is full of old folks that have no clue. Some are old and very wise some are just old and grumpy. Which are one you?

Comrades Just My Opinion and Gregory,

You are so right …. Obama is going to save us from ourselves ….. he has accomplished soooooo much in his short tenure as President. Please allow me to add to the list of his accomplishments as outlined by Nicker above:

Obama has virtually single handedly raised the National Debt to $14 Trillion (that is Trillion with a T) dollars …. and he isn’t anywhere near finished yet. Inflation is not far behind so let’s all watch for that.

As just announced there are currently 14,729,000 officially unemployed workers in the United States. However, this figure does not include the combined 15,443,000 workers either (1) in the “labor force reserve” because they have abandoned their job searches (i.e., 4,278,000) or (2) underemployed because they are “part-time of necessity” (i.e., 8,989,000) or “otherwise marginally attached” (i.e., 2,176,000). Therefore the effective unemployment rate is 18.70%, instead of the official 9.51% as advertised. Good job Obama!

The only thing Osama Obama has stimulated is Gun and Ammunition sales and for that my hat is off to him! This country is locked and loaded like never before.

As for Obama being reelected in 2016 …. he would be better served to worry about being reelected in 2012 first. This guy is so liberal (Marxist) he makes Jimmy Carter look like Rush Limbaugh! His poll numbers are dropping by the day and I have little doubt that before he is finished his poll numbers will rival George Bush.

Just My, I must admit I do so enjoy reading your ramblings as to the state of the flowering economy in this country. You and other Obama suck ups are the only people I know that seems to believe that.

I know, before you say it …. Obama inherited this mess …. and I’ll bet you also believe in the Tooth Fairy…. am I right?

    Over & Out,

PS: Mike, The ACORN comment should have gotten you a free “Cyril Huze” t-shirt! Great comment.

Just my opinion and Mike Stenley (Mike I dont even want to tear into you just quite yet but you will get the jist of my opinion if you read below)

Ok you continue to bring bullshit rants into the equation here, have you had your say and are tired yet? I hope so. You type up big, long dissertations about nothing relevant or pertaining to the facts of the US political system, all you say is YOUR OPINION as do we. Yet you harangue us about giving our opinion on our fading economy and our disastrous choice of a President, come on brother. So, before this gets to out of control let me get a few words in. Sarah Palin has not given any other reason but a good, honest reason as to why she stepped down from Governor of Alaska, the reason stated was she feels she has made the change she set forth to do and thinks it is time to hand the reins over to the next in line. I feel, for a politician, that is an amazing way to do things. She single-handedly changed the system of government in her state and took 95% of the corrupt “fucks” out of office/police force.
Now onto the bashing of Obama. Why cant we bash Obama and parties included if you can bash on Bush and Cheyney? Isnt that a little hypocritical of you and Mike Stenley? Seriously, get your head out of your ass and be fair in this little debate we have going on here. I understand you are bitter towards the people who work an honest job and have to earn an honest living but back off of Bush and Cheyney. If you remember right they may have been Pres and Vice Pres but the Congress was a Dem run house, cheif. Thus meaning they basically make the choices even if Bush/Cheyney dont like them. Sure they can Veto or whatever but point is they really cant do much at the end of the day. They state laws they want passed or atleast pleaded with and they had good ones. Obama has horrible ideas and distinctions in his job. His “trick ” wife is Mrs. Corporate Jet vacation hater yet she takes her girls to France, Spain, Italy etc on a Government 737/747?? I mean seriously? Those trips cost more than the corporate Execs could only DREAM of. She bitches at people who RUN MAJOR COMPANIES TAKING G5S AND LEAR JETS out? She doesnt DO JACK besides show her face as First Lady and thinks he is hott shit. Sure she gives her ideas like a Miss America pagent but sorry Michelle Obama, you cant do anything besides be on Obamas Right shoulder smiling as to how you and him are socialist pricks. 🙂

This is insane, now is your chance to say I am a typical Republican but you know that everything above is a fact and that you are only spreading pointless, irrelevant points/theories that only a Socialist would do. Back off buddy.

Costa Rica is calling my name I swear to it.

You made me laugh hardcore witht hat comment. Fact of the matter is Obama will be lucky if he finishes this term without quitting. He is not one who can adjust himself to embareassment and once he sees the country turning on him he will jump ship and get on his dingy rowing to Kenya, again. He wont make it to a 2nd term if he does finish this term.

Sorry man but the truth is made to hurt your little liberal heart.

Are you one of the 33% under 30 years old youngsters who think Socialism is a great idea?
Or are you one of the 30% under 30 years old who are not quite sure?

“…One last comment then i will be done …”

    Ahhh…. sounds like your “quitting”……???….. 🙂

    “…I don’t care about Palin or McCain…”

Well then why do you keep bringing them up….???
    But since ya have:
-fact- Palin did square away Alaska.

What was it Obama was gonna-do…….???
Oh ya, “Change”…. “Recovery”….. Like “create or save millions of jobs”….

-fact- Obama predicted that unemployment would rise to 9 percent by 2010 if Congress did not pass the stimulus bill:

-fact- Democratic congress pass the first stimulus bill in February.
-fact- Obama said stimulus bill has already created or saved 150,000 new jobs
-fact- Obama said it will “create or save” another 600,000 jobs by the end of the summer.
-fact- Obama’s Press Secretary “I think we should begin to judge [the stimulus] now.”
    -fact- Result:

    -Jan- 7.6%
    -Feb- 8.1%
    -Mar- 8.5%
    -Apr- 8.9%
    -May- 9.4%
    -Jun- 9.5%

“… You don’t pick up fact simply by getting older if you learn from your mistakes you should gain wisdom…”

No ya have to pay attention too. For example, History tells us that FDR tried this stuff and it took WW-II to fix the mess he made.

But enough of my “.. typical of your one sided ramblings….”
