Stefanie Aziere Pays Homage To Bonneville Racing

rest-assured-shes-readyIntrigued by the racers she saw at the Legendary Bonneville Salt Flats, artist Stefanie Aziere-Sattler dedicated her latest painting to Land Speed Racing. It features one of the AMA National Land Speed Record Holders, Erika Cobb (18 years old, Mitchell, South Dakota), taking special care of her bike, making sure her windshield is clean, and attending to all the fine details before her record attempt. Called “Rest Assured-She’s Ready”, the Original is in Oil. Giclee Prints are available in a Limited Edition run of 50 pieces. All numbered and signed by the artist. Two sizes are available: 24×24 for $250.00, and 16×16 for $150.00. Both sizes are available on canvas or art paper. Chromed Impressions. Tel: 660-827-6790

Correct me if I am wrong again, but I think Erika, her sister Karlee, and their mother Laura Klock are all three Bonneville Land Speed Record Holders. I seem to remember that this is the first time in history that a mother & two daughters hold world speed records. Weather I am wrong or not about the facts, Stefanie picked a great person for her painting. Team Bullet.

Thanks for the compliment to my step daughter, it is that type of respect and passion for land speed racing that is infectious. Your team leads in that fashion and we love to see you all out there and are looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
Thanks to Stefanie for picking moments like this for us all to reflect on, preparing for a long ride, show or race is always a moment of focus.
