fastnewscyrilhuzeblogBelieve it or not, Adjure, the specialist of custom lighting for motorcycles is doing a Christmas Sale during July & August! 50% off on selected items !!! Does it sound like Christmas? I would be you I would not wait Christmas to order new lights- Smog Checks in California. The bill provision requiring mandatory motorcycle smog testing for motorcycles built in 2000 and later has been dropped. Instead, Sen. Fran altered SB 435 to authorize law enforcement officers to fine motorcyclists who remove smog equipment from their motorcycles. The amended bill eventually passed 22-17. The bill now goes to the Assembly and if passed will go to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Honda quits making motorcycles in the US after a 30-year run. The company was a forerunner among Japanese firms in making motorcycles in North America, having launched U.S. production in 1979. Its plant in Ohio had an annual output capacity of about 70,000 units. This facility produced the Gold Wing. But the American motorcycle market shrank to 1.32 million units in 2008, down almost 30% from a recent peak of 1.79 million units in 2005. Honda concluded that the advantages of local production have faded and decided to export products from Japan to the U.S. market instead. Honda states that its business in Asia is booming – Credit ratings agency Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services on Monday cut its ratings on Harley-Davidson Inc. citing the decline in sales. Earlier in July, the company said its second-quarter profit plummeted 91 percent, with U.S. retail sales falling 35 percent. Harley also announced another 1,000 job cuts. A S&P representative states that Harley-Davidson sales could be down as much as 30 percent in 2009 – Harley-Davidson is recalling about 1,759 units of its 2009 FLTRSE3 CVO Road Glide motorcycles equipped with Blade rear wheel accessory kits. The OEM says some wheels underwent a secondary heat treatment process which may have caused a crack in the wheel and result in wheel failure. Dealers are asked to remove the rear wheel and inspect the manufacturer’s code. Wheels will be replaced free of charge.

The way to get California out of debt is to legalize marijuana, not @#$Z with motorcycles or motorcyclist’s.

A bill from Oakland just was written which allows everyone in California to grow (1) ounce of weed, without fear of J. Edgar Hoover-ites (aka, the Feds, the church or “the new” homeland terrorist) confiscating your home.
56% of the California population wants marijuana taxed and legalized.
We have kicked the non-supporters butts after 60 years of fighting for rights. All the “Legalize Weed bill” needs is a lousy 450,000 signatures, so when you see someone outside of a grocery store taking names on a petition…..please sign it.

Oh yeah, in case someone missed it, both Obama and Schwarzeneger are admitted “get high’s”.
When Obama was asked if he ever inhaled, he replied, “Sure, that was the original purpose!”
Please, we beseech of youse’s that are running the Marijuana advertising and news services, quit showing a rastaman in dredlocks huffing huge bong loads of weed.
Make your advertising showing a person on chemotherapy or interferon inhaling a min-hit on a mini-bong occasionally throughout the day to improve the patients appetite.
Don’t feature hippies passing a foot long, cone-shaped spliff between them, with a huge cloud of blue smoke enveloping their heads. It spreads the “criminal myth”.
The fed makes weed look as illegal as possible. And lastly a word about the deadly buds you see pics of. It’s just another weapon of choice for the Fed and the Church. Those robust buds will do the job for about a week and then you level off and don’t really get “high” from it any more. I think $360.00 an ounce for home delivered 1/2 x 1/2 ounce of “NY Sour Diesel” and “Gorilla” is outrageously expensive.
It won’t be if patients can grow an ounce without fear of state and federal authority mass attacks.
Hi to George Bush! sweating with the rest of them over in Midland, Texas. You denied my presidential pardon for 188 lbs. of Primo hand-press pattie hashish importation, but we were able to send Rep. Congressman Randy Duke Cunningham to jail for life for being a thief.

You didn’t have crap to do with sending Duke Cunningham to jail for his judgment and criminal behavior. You will have everything to do with your lack of judgment and criminal behavior. Perhaps you will get to meet Duke on the way in as he is on the way out.

At least before Duke’s criminal activity, he took out a bunch of MIG’s. Before your current high, you were just previously high.

Point , Cost cutting helps but ” revenue growth ” is neccesarry for vitality. Manufactuer and dealers

I know it’s hard to stomach, but now is when people should be investing their money in the stock market. 2009 won’t be around for more than a year, and you’ll be buying chosen stocks at a discount price. Stocks like Callaway Golf (clubs) won’t do well in the future, as water resources dry up unless all the golf courses in the world convert to rugged, synthetic Easy Turf®.
You’d research Easy Turf® and you’d research Callaway® with the knowledge that without massive world-wide desalination of ocean water (to offset the melting Arctic sea level rises), we’ll run out of drinking water. And that’s how you research the stocks you are preparing to purchase. The hard part is investing 10K in a (no cost to get in fee) stock one day, and seeing it drop to to 8K a week later. Just don’t think about it. You still own cheaply purchased shares. Think of it as your shares performing daily slave labor for you, and one day you’ll see a harvest when you need it.
This morning, Vintage Twin® formally announces as candidate, the distinguished C.I.A director Robert Gates as the next president of the United States.

    Dear Kirk:

Thank you for taking time to contact my office and share your thoughts on Senate Bill 435 (Pavley). I appreciate hearing from you on this issue.

SB 435 would commence January 1, 2012 and require the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) to include specified motorcycles in the biennial smog check program. This measure was approved by the Senate by a vote of 21-16, and will next be heard in the Assembly Committee on Transportation. I voted in opposition of this bill because motorcycles contribute less than 1.5 percent of all the mobile source emissions in the state despite representing about three percent of the total number of vehicles in California. Furthermore, I believe the efficacy of this bill is questionable due to its negligible impact on overall smog emissions.

Thank you again for contacting me. Should you have another concern related to state government, please do not hesitate to contact me again in the future.

    Mark Wyland

    Senator, 38th District
