Black Sunshine Taillight

blacksunshine1blacksunshine2blacksunshine3From the mind of Brian Elliott in his small machine shop in Illinois called “Black Sunshine Custom”, this interesting taillight that you can order in several configurations, by itself, with an horizontal or vertical license plate support and even an attached oil filter! Why not to save space? Evidently Brian style breathes hot rods, metal flake, jockey shifting, foot Clutching, and kick start choppers. The light grooved aluminum housing is 2.25″ OD tapering in the back to 2″. Light comes from an LED cluster to laugh at vibrations. Comes with 3 wires. From $149.00 to $320.00 with plate and oil filter. Black Sunshine Custom.

Very nice. Problem is I don’t see how the wieight of an oil cooler with oil inside and vibrations is not going to damage/break off the license plate brackets. Huh…

Is it runnig light only or 2-function run and brake?

If it is run and brake it would be awesome to use on the back of trailers as well. I really need an additional taillight for the boat trailer. An LED light would be great.

Brian does killer work. He made the foot controls and bars for my newest project and the work was flawless. – Duane

It is a running light and a brake light togather. Thanks Duane for the kind words.

Nice piece, I like it. Looked over the other stuff for sale on his site and looks like nice parts at reasonable prices. Keep it up!!

Great custom work Brian – LED’s are hard to beat. I see a lot of people upgrading their old rides with LED’s.
