Many of you told me that their morning routine includes reading my daily news while having breakfast. Thanks to all. And soon you may be able to read my Blog while you prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner, or whenever you use your microwave.
If you don’t know, researchers all over the world are working to integrate a computer screen to all your home appliances.
Japanese people being the web geekiest people in the world have already created this kitchen microwave called “Castoven” sporting a 10.4-inch LCD screen in the door panel. The idea is to display a YouTube video whose length depends on the time you need to heat up what’s inside this web enabled microwave. Let’s say you are heating a frozen meal that takes 3.45 minutes to be ready. The microwave will automatically pull a video from YouTube with that same exact length and play it on the screen until the meal is ready. The device is connected to a PC or Mac Computer and includes a set of speakers to get all the video action. Electric appliances giving you access to my Blog are coming to your home. See a young Japanese lady doing a video demo by joining her at Castoven.
