When you spend 40 years in the motorcycle business you become the collective memory of our industry. Wish Arlen would put on my desk, in chronological order, all catalogs he has produced during 4 decades (I am certain that he kept preciously a few samples of each). I would not miss reading any page, probably amazed by the way custom motorcycles and parts have evolved since he entered the business in the 70’s, first as an enthusiast.
At least we all can get his 40th year anniversary catalog where the Ness family shows again that in despite of economic morosity there are opportunities in creating new innovative and quality parts that bikers will want to use on their bikes. For 2010, there are a lot of new bolt-on products divided in 2 lines. Deep Cut and Retro. Each of them feature custom parts designed together to allow you to customize your bike one piece at a time or all at once. In addition, Ness introduces a revamped wheel offering with design cues from the past, including four new styles: Deep Cut, Retro, G3 and Engraved. And for those looking for performance an expanded Big Sucker™ line, the introduction of the Big Shot II™, new header systems and slip-on mufflers.
