This nice chopper chassis is a collaboration between well known frame manufacturer Kraft/Tech and manufacturer/distributor Kustomwerks. Conceived to offer a simple and affordable solution to those who want to assemble a nice rigid bike without to worry about custom fabrication and fitment.
For example, don’t fear about this cool Kustomwerks Torpedo gas tank. Offered in 2 versions, each will bolt right away on the backbone of this Kraft/tech frame. same for the oil tank, rear fender and fender brace, etc. The frame configuration as featured here is for Harley stock rear tire width (if you wish re-use some of your factory parts), is made out of 1 1/4″ DOM steel tubing, neck positioned at an easy to handle 30-degree rake, with a 3″ back bone stretch and a 2″ up in the front legs. There is also a 180mm rear tire version of this frame where you can use if you wish some of your 1986-2003 Harley Sportster parts. Chassis and all parts sold via Kustomwerks. Excellent idea.
Hard to beat Kraft/Tech frames. I have used two of them recently that didn’t even need shimming on the engine mount. All of their parts I have bought are very high quality for mass produced.
I’m sure Kustomwerks can relate. We’re all “kit” addicts. Kit people.
So, welcome to Repop Hell
We took a dip for a week, then rebound with this message (never mind the guys pulling the levers behind the curtain). 🙂

And rebounded this week with:
• “They said the 38-1042 tanks (w/pop-up reserve) we will ship UPS in approximately 6 weeks. *Also, keep the 51-53 emblem mounts for future testing”. Thank you.

We’ll probably see Kustomwerks at market some day. Maybe they’ll build a machine on U-Tube.
We’re building a ’57 rolling chassis for sale on the tube.
Kits sales are going to skyrocket in the 48 states this year, imo.
People want stripped down, cheap, and looking like something you could get killed on.
Sold many frame kits from kustom werks Nice parts never a problem
Nice classic chopper shape. How much? Can’t fnd it on the website.
Not my taste….if they are coming out with a kit now, they better look at the design side.
