Wild Mustangs By Artist David Uhl

You already know that I am one of the many admirers of David Uhl’s work. With “Wild Mustangs” our “Norman Rockwell Of Motorcycles” demonstrates once again that nobody better than him can capture on canvas the true spirit and romance of motorcycling.

With an acute observation talent and a theatrical employment of light and shadow, a special skill  that unfortunately my Blog can’t fully demonstrates, this just released narrative painting depicts an early 40’s airfield where a courageous female pilot jumps from her P-51 Mustang to another iron horse, a trusty 1940 Harley Knucklehead that she kick starts to a new venture…

Signed and numbered canvas prints  are now available for purchase.  “Regular”  image size approximately 26″ x 34.5″, $1,895 framed (edition of 150 plus 25 Artist Proofs and 25 House Copies.) “Oversized” image size approximately 31.5″ x 42″, $3,500 framed (edition of 20 plus 5 Artist Proofs.)  Order by calling Greg Rhodes 303-913-4840.
