Racers are now on their way back home. Burned, exhausted, and all happy for their accomplishments, with or without a Land Speed Record in their pocket. A report about the young Klock sisters, Erika (19) and Karlee (16)
“After setting a land speed record on her XB9 Buell, Erika Klock was honored by her younger sister Karlee with who made a pass on the final day of racing her supercharged Dyna-Mite lowrider at 136 mph. Karlee went to the control tower and got a mistake slip that said 118 mph. Then she brought the 150 Medallion and got the correct slip which listed 150.114. Karlee gave Erika the 118 mph time slip and her head went down…nutil Karlee gave her the gift of a sister speed with an official entry into the 150 mph club!! Many tears, photos and high fives!” Congratulations to the Klock Sisters…and her parents. Klock Werks.

Felicidades !!!…. Congratulations !!!
I have had the pleasure to work mile -0- on the mountain course for two years and the whole Klock Werks Team is a class act. The whole group is polite and professional and I look forward to 2011. Way to go ladies!
