Evo Joe, Good Question! How many times have we gone to the H-D dealer to buy lets say a…. t-shirt only to find it’s made anywhere but the U.S.A. Sad, and then there is everyone getting down on the unions, blaming them for the state of the economy, for wage earners earning too much money and bennifits driving the costs of everything else up, when the truth is that unions have only helped non-union workers to earn better wages driving employers to pay better on a scale not equal, but at least better than minimum wages…. Remember who is buying some of the bikes and services related to them, both from dealers and aftermarket shops. Unions don’t drive up costs on products by themselves, ……….. profit margins that don’t satisify the investors never seem to get a mention…
So who wants to beat this old arguement in the ground again….I’m just saying that while we all want it both ways, it just isn’t possible…. Where does it leave the middle class? Or better yet, how much longer will there be a middle class?

1680 denier ballistic nylon? this stuff is made better than their “protective” riding jackets. they don’t even tell you what their textile jackets are made of! so i think in an accident, your luggage will be far less damaged than you will be! LOL

It beats riding and owning a motorcycle! NOT.

Google Comedian George Carlin’s take on Harley-Davidson merchandising. I think his rant is on iTunes as well.
