No price for this on the Headwinds site yet, but judging by what they want for their other headlights this thing is waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyy out of my price range.LOL Crime Scene Choppers is the same. They both want damn near as much as I have into my whole triumph project right now and it’s ready for final assembly.

I love headwinds products but it is a shame that they took Crime Scene’s design. Joe of CS is a great guy with a small shop doing what he loves. I think doing this is kinda shitty. At least they could have changed the direction of the grill or something.

Grilled headlights have been around for awhile. Automoto made them with the bullet shape and vertical grilling decades ago. But they also had a switch on the top similar to BMW and other European manufacturers.

I love Crime Scene products, I have a CS head and tailight plus aircleaner on one of my bikes, and have a frame jig to their design via a Ron Covell video, but while there is a superficial similarity, the headlights are not the same and neither company are the originators anyway. This style has been around decades.

There is only so much you can do with a headlight to be 100% original anyway. At least it isn’t another bloody Bates.
