Sumthun’ that really gets my goat, knickers in a knot, blood pressure skyrocket, etc. is a Harley-Davidson sticker on a HONDA, SUZUKI, NISSAN, KIA, MISUBISHIE [ya know, the ones that made the ZERO that blew the shit outta us], TOYOTIE, etc!!! Or American flags hangin’ off the aforementioned vehicles an’ motorcycles! “Oh, they’re made in America”, but where’s the main money goin’? You wanna talk the talk…walk the walk!! Wiz

Good on HD for having them made in the USA. I think I will buy one to show my support of a great idea so maybe HD will continue to go the USA made route on more of their P&A.
WIZ I am with you on the rice. What I hate to see is a WWII vet driving rice.

Note they are made in the US from imported materials. Our ability to make our own cloth was NAFTA’d away many years ago under the Clinton administration.

So many old textile mills have been knocked down just for the brick and the heart of pine flooring. They are just gone. Cars and trucking have their defenders. Nobody came to the defense of us being able to make our own clothes.

Doesn’t matter you say? The last I heard, the berets our Army folks wear are all made in China.

How is it that when we talk about the war we seem to lose focus on the Germans and all the vehicles that filter into our hands. To many status symbols ? Cant give up my Mercedes. or Beemer or my Kids VW

Now that the dance is over Harley Davidson wants to sell patriotic a rose. Sad !

Hell I own a Harley T shirt but forgot to raise my American flag. Ring any bells.

Which I do every morning along with the Marine Corp flag.

i think it is awesome that HD is making some of their clothing in the USA. Maybe they could do the same for all the parts that are on their bikes? And then maybe the rest of their clothing line could be made in America “North America” that is.

Wow. More moronic responses than usual today. Porsche made tank engines and turrets. You know, those rotating things with the big guns in them designed to kill Allied troops.
BMW, hmmm… Made aircraft engines among other things.
Daimler, Krupp, I.G. Farben, Siemens, the list goes on…

Get a clue, and join the 21st century while you’re at it.
