If you really take time to examine that statement, seems a bit of a backhanded compliment, doesn’t it?

I installed a ThunderMax on my 2009 FLHTC over 18 thousand miles ago. I am very happy that I did and immediately noticed better performance, especially on the highway when passing another vehicle.
At the time of installation I also changed the mufflers and installed a Zippers air cleaner.
I have not had any issues with the motorcycle or the ThunderMax.
A little over 2 thousand miles ago I changed the exhaust to a D&D 2 into 1. I went back into the program and noted the change. The ThunderMax then retuned the engine while I rode it.
I have different programs for fuel economy and performance and can easily change them to fit what kind of riding I will be doing.
Not having to take the motorcycle to be dyno tuned every time I want to make a change is one of the things I really like about it.
I should note that I have applied Dielectric Grease to all my electrical connections and feel that is very important in keeping all my electrical systems working properly.
