Even A Speed King Needs Cool Brakes

Custom Builder Jeff Cochran, a.k.a. SpeedKing. just released a full line of braking products called “Rush Hour Racing” A faithful to brakes brand Wilwood, all his brackets were designed around the Wilwood single and double 4-piston calipers but will accept many others with 3.5″ distance between ear mounts like Performance Machine, JayBrake, Midwest, DNA, etc…

All brackets and discs are provided in brushed 304 stainless steel or A36 steel, are laser cut for precision and performance in Ohio by Speeking, with calipers machined by Wilwood in California. They are available in blue, black, red, chrome or polished.  Jeff Cochran’s Speedking USA.

    So Cochran does only the discs and brackets and sell them packaged with Wilwood brakes? And if I want only the brackets, can I order?

    The whole set up looks cool,the star pattern with red calipers just pop out.

    use the wilwood calipers. They are the very best

    We have been using them on all of our builds. Super Clean look with serious stopping power!! Have tried PM and others but the wilwood calipers are superior. No Disappointments from speedking!!

    Brakes, aka, Reverse Horsepower. Not enough serious Builders pay much attention to “Brakes”, in their Building Motorcycles. Watch Most Builders talk about the Horse Power and the Torque and the HP and the Torq…………Well most of their Builds are not made to be ridden seriously. Look at the Builders discussing how nice they look and fit! Ran across a Company that has been building brakes for all the very fast European Motorcycles that are ridden in serious racing……..I will bet they are using I S R. That is the REAL DEAL. These Wilwood look like Schwin Brakes !

    Jeffs been in the biz for a long time. Every build he does is damn near perfection. Just how he is. If says they are the tits, I believe it. The man knows his bikes.
