Cool idea. Way to go Scooter! But, damn, when I went online to buy a digital copy and BLURB want to slug me an eTax. What the hell is an eTax? Also, the last hard copy book I bought from them they slugged me the Australian Goods & Services tax which is not applicable. BLURB can stick their stuff where the sun don’t shine. Sorry Scooter. I’ll source a hard copy instead but not from them!
Doc, I have NO idea what an eTax is. I am not aware of it happening to anyone here in the northern hemisphere. I will make inquiry and let you know what I find out. My sincere apologies my friend.
