After almost 1 year of work, Darwin Motorcycles a.k.a. Brass Ball Cycles is finishing a new project named The Rockeeter F3 using ultra custom aluminum sheet metal for gas/oil tanks and rear fender.
Sam Wills at Racing Innovations is the man in charge of all sheet metal fabrication and welding, from the 36-degree rake gooseneck frame to this gorgeous aluminum very art-deco themed gas tank. A very delicate welding job performed by Sam to unite the 2 gas tank halves to produce this very decorative art piece.
I like it, not that my opinion is needed , but its pretty cool. it would look cool on a hard tail bobber
I F’ing Love IT !!!
When the first bike is built with this tank on it, it should be proudly displayed in the Cincinnati Hilton Netherland Plaza’s lobby during the V-Twin Expo. It will accent the beautiful Art Deco building great!

Truly a work of art. Met Dar a few years ago, what a great guy with awesome bikes! Keep up the good work.
Beautiful work
Nice Tank…….Agree with you Jason, Sollis is a very talented metal guy!
Thank you everyone for the positive feedback. A lot has gone into the design, logistics and development of this new bike, the F3. The tins on this bike are machined from billet and have this art deco 3-D design. It will also have a host of other exclusive components on it. We will be posting progress of it on our site and on facebook if anyone wants to see how it’s coming. Happy New Year to all. Be healthy, happy and prosperous.
VERY VERY COOL, Keep up the great work
I have been watching the progress from the first time I heard about this. The idea of CNC machining the tank halves from a solid block of aluminum. Very cool and the end result is something to be proud of for sure!
