Kirk Thor is a doctor in Texas who loves using vanity plates on his vehicles, including on his Harley-Davidson. He paid extra to get “No Tag” on his Harley.

When writing tickets for cars without license plates.police officers and deputies are writing down “No Tag” in the plate description. So, he receives tickets from all over the country ranging from $300 to $600 for vehicles he doesn’t own. So far, he didn’t pay any of them…
