2012 Sturgis Rally. New Free Access To Music, Vending, Entertainment At Crossroads Buffalo Chip.

Worth mentioning to all those who are going to participate to the Sturgis Rally 72nd edition. 3 miles outside Sturgis, a new kind of gathering place at the Buffalo Chip® that provides visitors, without having to pay any admission fee, access to the campground where bikers and guests can visit friends, campers and vendors, enjoy food, drinks, and music. 

Called the Crossroads, the centerpiece will be an open air pavilion called the Sturgis Rider Café2. This 17,000 square foot café features elevated decks for spectacular views of the surrounding Black Hills of South Dakota, the three-acre filled Field of Flags Military Tribute, the Roller Derby track, Sturgis bike shows, and all of the variety of activities.

“There has long been a need for a complete motorcycle rally park with free admission that’s easy to get to, provides access to industry displays and vendors and has ample and easily accessed free parking. It’s been planned for years and I am delighted that the Crossroads will be open during the 2012 Sturgis Rally” explains Rod Woodruff, owner of the Sturgis Buffalo Chip® campground.
