Postcards From European Bike Week in Faaker See, Austria. September 4-9.

For its 15th edition, European Bike Week® saw an estimated 80,000 bikers attending with about 25,000 of them parading from Faakerto Finkenstein, Villach and Ossiacher. It’s an estimated 18 miles stretch from first to last on the road!. Lots of vendors occupying Dealer Nile, a big AMD bike show, HOG activities and lots of after dark parties with tons of flowing beer… A few snapshots. Gschmeidig – something like “geil.”

Not horny geil, but cool geil. Hot maybe.
There used to be a song in Germany that went “Boris is geil, g-g-g-geil…I’m so geil, she’s so geil…”

    The superlative of geil: Affentittengeil.

    So there you go.
What do you call a guy who speaks six languages? A cunning linguist.

Actually Gschmeidig is one of those German words with more meanings than letters :o) as the link I’ve provided shows . So take your pick . Chose your definition . And hope it all makes sense 😉

Europeans normally have their open toe Sandals with their white socks on! Did anyone see any of the Riders Feet?

It must be an adventure to speak more than one language, since everyone of them is an entirely different conception of life where they live. It hurts my head to think about it.

    🙂 🙂 …. not her.
Great photography. Got MY attention. I like the checkered socks. Europeans have a real-time HD culture, imo.
