For putting its logo, PM will sell 50% less gas caps. I agree with Harl, not very attractive designs. The contrast thing is now overdone.

If they dump the logo, I would consider the Apex and the Merc. Of the two, I like the Apex better.

I’m still trying to understand how everyone wants the same PM style air cleaner on their bike?
350 dollars later…..yea! We all look the same!

I am swimming against the tide here but I run a set of sweet PM wheels and a PM air cleaner with logo so I could go for one of these gas caps to match. And I think that is the idea behind the marketing and makes a neat tie-in IMHO.

Wow they still charge you for free advertisement. Gaudy and overdone, the contrast cut trend is past moving on.

hate logos on jackets, boots, parts, etc. if its got any garish script or synbol on it anywhere i don’t buy it.

Though I appreciate the quality of PM products, we have been doing black for 8 years, and SPECIFICALLY stayed away from doing the contrast bit, figuring it would meet its demise. These are just a bit too much. Sorry guys…always like PM and RSD’s innovations, but I’ve gotta agree with other guys here.
