Mexican Cop leading in presidential cavalcade in Mexico City crashes front of the camera. Spectacular, but except a serious beating all over his body, the cop is ok…

Damn, that’s crazy how the back catapulted up like that.

As a friend that flies planes once told me “Any crash you can walk away from is a good one..”

Looks like he was speeding up to get to the cross-section then as he saw the speed bump he hit the brake. Front end tucked down and dug in. Better to stand up and ride it out. Even those cops that slowed way down had a jolt.

The speed bumps are called “topo’s” in Mexico. The topos are so steep on the leading and trailing edges that you almost have to stop and gently roll over them. So, the Big Twin merely reacted to 800 lbs. falling off a cliff.

They have two topos entering the shipping port Ensenada, Baja California.

If you-no-a-stoppa…. the topos will rip your drive train out in short order.

    Holy Chit!!!!!!

Speed bumps in Mexico are called “sleeping policemen”, m/c cop was probably thinking about the cartel payoff he was receiving as a bonus.

I’m against helmet laws but always wear a good one. Watch his head in the video and decide for your self. It’s clear in this clip that if he hadn’t had a good helmet on, he’d have been an organ donor.

I count 3 solid head smacks that would of turned his skull to Jello! I ride with a helmet by law and this is a why I would even if there wasnt a law.

Helmets are a must if you value your Brain. I hate wearing them, but I always do……..and not a fricken Skid Lid, either. That’s also what happens with 3″ of Fork Travel as well. Road Kings are Pigs!
