The 2 historic Indian Motorcycle properties of Springfield, MASS part of the Mason Square neighborhood are going to be renovated as part of a $25 million redevelopment project. Construction is expected to begin in 2014.

I don’t understand. I read the article and is not clear (at least to me) Are these porperties in that area ? is the whole area been named “indian areea” or something like that ? I thought the wigwam (wasn’t that what the actual factory was called ?) was torn down years ago and the bricks werere sold off one at a time thru the mail ?
