He was the 2012 Europe “Custom Bike Show Rookie Award” winner with a bike called โMessed Upโ. German Enrico “Ricky” De Haas and his shop Wannabe Choppers may soon become household names in the old continent. In this short film, helped by the beautiful images of Directors Thorsten And Thomas Stoll, he expresses his custom bike builder philosophy with words that many of you will appreciate if you have ever turned a wrench or welded sheet metal.

Nice movie.
I really enjoyed that video. I have such an appreciation for those that are craftsmen instead of part installers. Danke!
Donnie, absolutely agree! Beautifully made and a tribute to Ricky’s skill and talent.
Very nice video. But now we want to see the bikes.
Patrick, why do you think Cyril has the link to the Wannabe web site? That’s where you can view the bikes of course.
why no sound?
For those bike lovers, even it is too luxurious to buy a high priced bike it does not matter to them. They want to have a quality and the latest model of big bikes. I’ve known several bikers who are really obsessed every time a new model of bikes are being invented. Some of them likes to enhance their bikes to increase the speed and improve its looks.
This is F’n awesome and real!
Danke.
Ricky,
Als sie sagen, es ist die wahrheit.
Sie sind ein echter Biker, und alter hat nichts damit zu tuhen.
Mach’s gut mein Freund.
