These new steel front fenders from Misfit Industries are made with a “Deep Drawn” steel stamping process. They are on-piece, seamless (minimizing bodywork for paint preparation and cracking risk), offering a true 180 degree wrap around whose radius is perfectly matching the one of the tire.
They were originally designed to fit most Harley Davidson models, but are now also available for all tall wheels, 21”, 23”, 23”, 26” and 30” wheels. All steel fenders, like these ones, should be one piece fenders or sooner or later bond/primer/paint will crack.
You’re wrong Joe. If a body and paint guy knows what he is doing you’ll never have problems. I’ll stick with Fat Katz fenders and tanks, thank you.
Oh yea, the fender in the picture looks like one of Fat Katz, wonder where they came up with the design.
