Victory Motorcycles At Daytona Bike Week With New Display, Demo Rides, Appearances by Gunny, the Nesses & More…

victorymotorcycles1Victory Motorcycles has advice for riders heading to Daytona Bike Week: Get some sleep in advance and keep your fuel tank full. Victory has a busy week of activities planned for all motorcyclists who plan to kick off the new riding season at Daytona Beach from March 7-15. And if you’re a Victory rider, you’ll be kept even busier with special events exclusively for Victory owners.

victorymotorcycles2“Victory is going to keep riders busier than ever throughout Daytona Bike Week with the new Victory Display, Victory Bike Nights, and special events exclusively for Victory riders,” said Steve Menneto, Polaris VP Motorcycles. “You can get a free breakfast, meet ‘Gunny’ and the Ness family, and see and ride the new Victory Gunner cruiser. We plan on making this the best Bike Week ever.”

The new Victory Display will be in the vendor midway at Daytona Int’l. Speedway, right where Victory Demo Rides have traditionally been based, just off Midway Avenue. Due to Speedway construction, Victory Demo Rides will be based behind the Speedway.

Below are highlights of the Daytona Bike Week action Victory has planned. Updates and news will be announced at www.VictoryMotorcycles.com and on the Victory Motorcycles Facebook page.

victorymotorcycles3Victory Display. It will be open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. daily, March 8-15. It is located at Daytona Int’l. Victory & Indian are doing a lot for their fans, much more than Harley. Daytona is going to be very busy.

Wounder where or what, There was no Ness vision this year.
Is it going a way or are they redesigning it with bigger motor and more gadgetss.
Guess time will tell, Sure hope it comes bigger and better in 2015

Luv it !!! Keep it going Victory!!
My guess is that some kind of redesign of the bagger / touring groups is in the cards soon
With the advent of the info systems on the Chieftain & Project Rushmore
Victory once “state of the art ” info / entertainment system is now antiquated

I notice they don’t mention the name Polaris anywhere in the article. Guess they don’t want to put a damper on the “American” branding.

  8. 8 Joshua Mar 6th, 2014 at 12:11 pm

HD Rider. Your comment is dumb. Polaris is not a motorcycle brand. Victory & Indian are. Are you saying that HD is more American? Ha, ha, ha.

  9. 9 BobS Mar 6th, 2014 at 1:13 pm

Um HD rider…you are aware that Polaris is a Minnesota company and that Minnesota is in America right? Does the Chevy ad say they’re owned by GM? Does the KFC ad say they’re owned by Pepsi? Does the HD ad say they’re owned by hedge fund managers? How do they put a “damper” on the American branding when they are American?

Having been a Harley owner for many years, and having ridden both, objectively the Victory is actually a better motorcycle, it will never take the Harley audience though. Too cool to say “I own a Harley” in front of citizens.

  13. 13 baert43 Mar 7th, 2014 at 9:00 pm

Actually I disagree with you…..I like many others woud be embarrassed to say “I own a Harley” because of all the cheezzy wanna be ‘tuff guy’ schtick assoiciated with the brand. It’s a shame cuz I like the bikes…just don’t want to be seen on one…..
