Motorcycle Gifts For Father’s Day June 15, 2014

dads1During Father’s Day, the celebration honoring fathers and celebrating fatherhood, paternal bonds, and the influence of fathers in society some American dads aren’t feeling the love. A survey, commissioned by Harley-Davidson to Ipsos Public Affairs, interviewed more than 1,200 American dads about their Father’s Day gifts and experiences. The findings are clear that not all dads get their due on their day. A few confessions. Nearly a third of American dads (32 percent) confess they’ve had family members who have completely forgotten about them on Father’s Day. More than half (57 percent of fathers) confessed to receiving a Father’s Day gift they did not like. More than half of dads surveyed (53 percent) said they’d received gifts they wanted to return. Perhaps that’s because more than half of the dads also confirmed they’ve received the same type of Father’s Day gift more than once.

Not to miss the mark, a selection of a few gifts from your 2 preferred American motorcycle brands. Harley-Davidson and Indian Motorcycles.

Really? What happened to just hangin’ out & spending time with pops? That’s what it’s about.

If you want to buy Dad a leather jacket, I recommend Brooks Leather. Still made in the States unlike that imported crap the MoCo sells. I don’t know about the Indian jacket, so I’ll reserve judgment there.

    Hey Justmecuz,

You have it exactly correct! All that crap is just that, crap, without family none of it means anything.

    Over & Out,

    Jeff

@skinny denny – thanks for the tip about American-made leathers.
