2015 Indian Scout Launch Party

The new Scout was unveiled on Saturday night August 2nd to members of the press, VIPs and celebrities. After more than 70 years since its last production, the new 2015 Indian Scout was introduced with a demonstration of its exceptional agility and superb balance in a Wall Of Death setup on the Indian display of Lazelle Street in Sturgis. A few postcards of this historic event where Polaris convinced those present that the company was able to reinvent one of motorcycle history’s most famous, innovative and versatile bikes. Rally attendees are among the first to test ride the 2015 Indian Scout at the Indian Motorcycle Demo Experience on I-90 @ Exit 30 in Sturgis, South Dakota, which runs through Saturday, August 9.

Looks like Indian should offer a “Wall of Death” model Scout to the public. Those subtle changes make all the difference in the looks of the bike.

I agree with Iron Horse. No front fender, bobbed rear fender, and bobbed exhaust really make the Wall of Death bike a nice looking bobber. Probably wouldn’t hurt to have a fork brace just above the front tire to counter fork flex since there is not a fender there to tie the two forks together if you took the fender off the street bike.

The exhaust pipes on the Wall of Death bike are so much better looking & probably better sounding than those butt ugly stock pipes. New exhaust pipes would be the first thing I would change as soon as possible!
