2015 for Polaris: inexpensive, looking ahead. 2015 for Harley: get as much money as you can out of these guys before they quit riding?

    Agree CW !!!!
Adding jobs, not assembling in India or some other God-forsaken place
Not making your employees work part-time
Hummm, sound like a win for Polaris (Indian/Victory)

Sooooo, are 400,000 electric motorcycles going to be the reason they’ll claim they are developing their nuclear program? Electric power, not bombs 😉

nicker your logic has no place in the e-bikes drama! I agree w you. No one wants to admit to the cost of charging anything electric-powered. peace

Meh. One power plant, even an old coal one, causes less smog than 400k poorly tuned and maintained cars or bikes. Make it a natural gas fired, nuke, wind or solar (do they have lots of sun in the Iranian desert?) and it’s a lot less smog than 400k poorly tuned and maintained cars or bikes.

Congrats to Polaris for doing it right!

Am I the only one that reads the news, and recognizes that Iran is very, very intent on bolstering its power grid with the addition of nuclear plants? I, for one, would love to have a nuclear-powered bike, but preferably from reactors with better fuels like Thorium and safer designs like pebble-beds. And, preferably, from a government that doesn’t want to use its power grid as a cover for a weapons program that they intend to use for genocide.
