I already reported on the great success of the 2nd annual AIMExpo held last October in Orlando. The show demonstrated strong growth with 18,000 attendees from more than 50 countries and 500 + manufacturers and vendors with entertainment inside the Orange Convention Center and outside. Nice commercial, almost makes me wanna go next year.
They need to add another day or two for the general public.
They need to lower the cost, for the small vendor ! 10 x 10 booth, x $24 s.f.= $2400.- That’s NUTS !
I can do Carlisle or Hershey, 100k people, 10′ x 30′ spot = 300 s.f. = $ 100.- Great Deal !
Boston Jim. Do you sell tee-shirts? Bandannas? etc AIMExpo is an indoor show (with entertainment in & out) where your neighbors are the big brands of the industry in a luxurious setting. Carlisle presents itself as a swap meet for cars and motorcycles! Lots of junkware there. How can you compare?
I liked the show but I wish there was more V twin dealers there. I will stick with Cincy.
