Picture Of The Week. “Follow Your Dream” By Indian Larry Motorcycles

MetzelerThis custom bike, a collaboration between METZELER and Indian Larry Motorcycles with suggestions from fans of the two brands on Facebook®, was completed just on time for the 2014 Sturgis Rally. A style blending the classic chopper look with hotrod race bike styling. Of course, equipped with Metzler ME 888 Marathon tires. A series of videos on YouTube describes and explains the building process.

Clean – simple – straight forward – no unnecessary frills – infinitely ridable [ for a hard tail ] – quality craftsmanship …

Yup … Indian Larry’s looking down on this with a smile on his face … wherever he is 😉

Great looking bike, the background sucks.

  3. 3 Gary Nov 19th, 2014 at 9:44 am

Very nice. Except the tourist background.

Like it use to be. Like it should be!

I agree…clean classic bike with some modern touches (brakes, tires…)
Move ahead 20 feet and re-shoot

Hey Rodent, I agree. But at least there’s no bimbo draped over it. It is a clean looking bike.

Nice bike. What’s wrong with the background?

Nice machine, but those foot pegs look painful.

Oh yes, that is “The Look.”
Drag bars, no GooGahs, all business.

Very popular NorCal later 60’s stance.
    (post ape-hangers).

Great looking and how they should look. No wacky hipster lane splitting handlebars, and it has a front brake which is a good thing. I’d be proud of that one if it was mine.

“… I’d be proud of that one if it was mine …”

Its basic, simple, and doesn’t require a bunch of fancy parts.
That used to be the point. Still could be.
    So why not build one.

“So why not build one” I have one very similar only Evo powered.

I had the pleasure of riding with the winner and the crew in The Colorado Rockies after Sturgis and I will say I had to work hard to keep up. Excellent bike like everything that comes out of Indian Larry Motorcycles.
