A couple of years ago, I already featured the work of Makoto Endo. He is an advertising creative director (Tokyo then New York) whose favorite leisure activity is to create illustrations of modern and classic motorcycles using only chopsticks and black ink. Below a new live Indian motorcycle painting session shot last year at the Motorcyclepedia Museum of Newburgh, NY.

Japanese artists, in all domains, own very special skills found nowhere else.
As a retired technical illustrator, this fellow’s tanlent blows my mind. Combining precision realism and loose technique brings his work to life. Great video!
HIS TALENT IS AMAZING…THE SCALE AND PRECISION ARE UNMATCHED…OH YEAH WITH CHOPSTICKS? COME ON MAN! AMAZING..72 POSTS ABOUT OCC BUT 3 FOR A REAL MOTORCYCLE ARTIST…
Very cool.
I saw him at this year’s IMS in NYC and he is amazing.
