Wandell was / is an outsider that was hired to do a job that would have been difficult for an insider to do.
    No crony ties .
    Down sizing, outsourcing
Now its time for him to move on to the next corporation and start chipping away.
    An over paid consultant.

He may not be an HD guy, but he saved them from impending bankruptcy and righted the ship. You can’t complain too much about that. You are right though, it is time for him to move on and get someone passionate about motorcycles in the job.

Right on mike (Corbin) although bankruptcy may be a stretch there would not be a project Rushmore and the prices of a new HD motorcycles would put them way of reach of most riders and be devastating therefor to many dealers. I wish the whiners would direct their nasty comments towards the politicians who are regulating American business out of business, discouraging riders with laws and the threat of more to come ( like Europe) and those who vote for anyone who thinks “we didn’t build that”! Keith Wandell did a great and difficult job, made it look easy, and is leaving the motor company much better than he found it and with a well mentored management team as well! In that regard best of luck to Matt Levitich, a super nice guy hopefully very well prepared to continue the companies success. And as many others know there is a lot we disagree about, but one thing we agree upon above all else is our love and enthusiasm for riding motorcycles, the brand Harley-Davidson, and freedom and this great country, the U.S.A.!
