Because you never know what kind of weather Daytona Bike week is going to get… All vendors I talked to in person, email or phone had a great feeling about this year’s Bike Week when they setup their displays last week. Weather was gorgeous until Friday March 6th when temperatures started to drop to the low 50’s with wind and rain. Now, these same vendors worry that up north record-breaking low temperatures may prevent some bikers to descend on Daytona. For sure, there are more vendors attending this 74th Daytona edition than they have been since 2009, the deep of the Us recession. More people too? Waiting for the thermometer to rise again (Sunday or Monday), I warmed up visiting friends of the industry.

Cyril is everywhere.
We will miss our Daytona friend this year, especially Cyril! Stay warm everyone… have fun!
LOTS of familiar faces right there !!!
Like always Cyril is on top of it with the info !!!
Thank You, Cyril !!!!
Yes Cyril is every where but just what has he built lately besides a few calluses from a computer key board or on his but from plane flights?
SSDD; David
PS…just asking? where have all the real builders gone?
David. I am in “vacation” of building. The reason? I can’t do 2 things full time at the same time, the publishing of the Cyril Huze post taking me an average 10 to 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, including the traveling, the testing of manufacturers’ new models, etc. Regarding other “disappeared” custom builders, maybe I should run a feature called “where they are now…”
